Deputy Minister Vuong Duy Bien working with Deputy Minister of Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism of Laos
Deputy Minister Vuong Duy Bien had a working day with Deputy Minister of Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism of Laos Boua-ngeun Xaphouvong to promote a cooperation about culture and arts on March 04, in Hanoi.
A friendship relationship between Vietnam and Laos has developed. Two countries have exchanged to share some experiences about the State management about culture and arts. In the up-coming time, two sides should help to promote more friendship relationship each other.
About cooperating plan, Deputy Minister Vuong Duy Bien proposed that two sides should adjust and supplement some detail plans.
The MOCST will cooperate and support to help Laos and entrust Performing Arts Department, Vietnam National Music Academy to associate with some relevant agencies to implement.
Laos’ Deputy Minister affirmed that some events about culture and performing arts will have more chances to understand about two countries.
To sides should continue to exchange culture and arts at central and local level as well as enhance a quality in some performing programs.
